Our philosophy is that the holiday should begin at the moment of the information request and continue during the booking confirmation phase. The conditions listed below will allow the future guest to decide calmly and in full autonomy. Clarity and transparency combined with common sense are the first step to a happy holiday, we are sure.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

Reservations via email confirmation
The request for availability and rates, via website or direct email is not binding and does not assume the form of a contract either for the Client or for the Hotel Royal.
Once the management has received the request or contact from the booking form, it will proceed to verify the availability of the accommodation and, if so, to send an offer with a detailed cost estimate, applying the discounts provided.
Once the management has received acceptance of the offer sent, it checks availability, selects the chosen accommodation and requires the sending of a confirmatory deposit/advance payment equal to approximately 30% of the agreed amount in order to confirm the booking.
At the moment the amount of the deposit/advance payment is credited, the Hotel Royal receipt/invoice of the same and communicates to the guest the confirmation of the booking binding for both parties which constitutes the completion of the booking contract with option.
Any changes in duration, treatment etc. must be requested by e-mail accepting the cancellation conditions of the structure and reconfirmed in writing by the Hotel Royal .
Reservations via Booking Engine on the site
Our guests can book directly from the website using the booking form.
Once the dates have been entered, a screen will open that will present each type of accommodation available based on the number of people and ages of any children present.
By following the instructions, the user can proceed and directly complete the booking, they will receive a confirmation email with the methods for sending a deposit via bank transfer or money order or by charging a credit card. As with the booking.com circuit, the possibility of booking with a credit card as a guarantee is also provided.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The reservation becomes binding for the Hotel Royal only upon receipt of the payment receipt of the confirmatory deposit/advance payment.
Arrivals (check-in): from 2.00 pm
Departures (check-out): by 10.00 am

CANCELLATION

In case of cancellation of the reservation, the Hotel Royal has the right to retain the following compensation calculated on the amount of the deposit paid:
– within 30 days before the expected arrival: no penalty
– 29-15 days before the expected arrival: 50% of the deposit will be retained
– 14-0 days before the expected arrival: 100% of the deposit will be retained, without prejudice to the possibility of requesting compensation for actual damage.
– Important: in case of early departure or other changes or variations during the stay, the entire amount of the agreed and accepted stay will be charged, as per the booking confirmation email.
